PT Content Tree Indonesia is headed by experienced professionals Hana, Bukhari, Sofian, and Liang. Working alongside this leadership, a group of dedicated graphic designers, animators, instructional designers, and education professionals brings vast industry experience to every project.
Furthermore, PT Content Tree Indonesia maintains a long-term partnership with SkyPrep, a leading LMS provider from Canada. Because of this collaboration, we are able to provide innovative IT e-learning solutions for a wide spectrum of clients. Consequently, our reach extends from small-to-medium industries to large corporate organizations.

Our Team
Liang Ee Hang
Liang Ee Hang holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Manchester. In addition to his academic credentials, he founded Appstronic in both Malaysia and Singapore. By doing so, he established a solid footprint in the region’s tech space.
With reference to his experience, he has spent more than 14 years managing major LMS ecosystems such as SkyPrep, IMC, Moodle, Cornerstone, SumTotal, and Docebo. During this time, his expertise has guided large-scale implementations for organizations like CPOC U Mobile, Daimler China, Lenovo China, Hong Leong Bank, Al-Rajhi Bank, Bangkok Bank, and Bayer.
Looking specifically at his creative side, Liang’s portfolio features successful projects for PNB Bursa Malaysia, UM, PLUS, Infineon Technologies, Amway, KPMG Singapore, Bank of Singapore, RHB, and Ambank. Ultimately, having handled these complex projects, he knows exactly what helps people learn.
Hana
Hana holds a degree in IT Multimedia from Universiti Malaya. While she was studying, her work successfully combined technology, design, and pedagogy. This multidisciplinary approach culminated in a in a final-year project that integrated game mechanics and e-learning to teach children about dental health.
Regarding her early career, she began as a multimedia intern at PETRONAS, gaining hands-on experience in motion graphics and corporate digital content. Following her relocation to Indonesia, Hana transitioned into marketing-focused roles as a graphic designer. In this capacity, she managed a broad scope of work ranging from digital and print design to visual merchandising and packaging.
Given this diverse background spanning e-learning, multimedia production, and commercial design, she effectively bridges the gap between creative execution and practical business understanding. For this reason, she plays a vital role in our Indonesian client-facing initiatives.
Bukhari
Bukhari serves as the Chief Graphic Designer at Content Tree. Within this role, he is responsible for setting the creative direction across all artwork, graphic design, and animation. To ensure project success, he works closely with instructional designers to shape concepts and translate complex learning objectives into visually engaging digital experiences. By bridging these two fields, he ensures every project meets the highest aesthetic and educational standards.
In terms of his day-to-day focus, he specializes in creating impactful effective e-learning modules and interactive content tailored to each client’s specific needs. Because of his reputation for storytelling, Bukhari makes certain that every module is both visually striking and instructionally sound.
Regarding his track record, he has led the visual direction for major clients such as CCYP, DCJ, and PERSOLKELLY. More recently, he has expanded this expertise to support prominent financial institutions, including Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB), RHB, and AmBank, as well as high-profile organizations like U Mobile and CPOC.
Sofian
Sofian serves as an Instructional Designer, bringing a unique technical perspective with a Diploma in Machine Building and Maintenance from Universiti Kuala Lumpur. By developing his skills as a self-taught multimedia specialist, he now designs practical and engaging e-learning solutions that strike a perfect balance between visual clarity and real-world business requirements.
Regarding his project portfolio, Sofian has spearheaded the instructional design for several critical modules, including CPOC’s Permit to Work (PTW) System, Bursa Malaysia’s Securities Transaction Policy, and Vantris Energy’s PMCOM. Through this meticulous approach, his work ensures that every learning experience is structured, relevant, and immediately usable for the end-user. Consequently, he remains a vital asset in maintaining the high educational standards that define our content.
